New Member Setup -

Congratulations your membership fee has been paid! You're (the customer) cables are in the mail! As a new member you get you're (the customer) full phone flashing software install, 11 CDMA phone cables, and all exclusive access to our member's forms. As a new member we ask that you're computer has Windows XP Professional pre-installed. If you do not already have a computer, You may get one from us by making your purchase from the homepage or you may contact us via e-mail or phone. Please also note that you're cables will be paid for after you have used the first 100 credits in your (the customer) account (flash bucket). You (the customer) also agree to the Business Class Account terms and all other terms that may apply.

Business Class Accounts -

You understand that no guarantee has been made that WAP and / or MMS on your flashed phone(s) may work. If the technician finds that the error is the flash the technician put on the phone, you're (the customer's) assigned Sr. Technician for your area, will assist you on correcting the problem promptly. If the phone still is not working after all other attempts have been made to flash you're (the customer) phone, then there shall be a full refund in the amount of the flash made to your (the customers) account (flash bucket). You (the customer) also agree that if you (the customer) or you're (the customer) customer dial's *228 or does a software update on the phone without being directed to do so by your (the customer) technician, then there will be no refund for the flash in the case that the flash has been erased. If you would like to re-flash your (the customer) phone, there will be a discounted re-flash fee made to your (the customer) account.

AWS / Tri-Band cricket area -

We are unable to provide service to these areas at this time please check back shortly. Please note that if you have made a purchase and are in a Tri-Band area, we will not be able to issue you a refund at this time.

Public Phone Flashing -

You understand that no guarantee has been made that WAP and / or MMS on your flashed phone(s) may work. Access to the Member Forums is strictly prohibited for anyone who does not have a business class account. You understand that all your information is confidential and will NOT be distributed to anyone that is not an affiliate of ShadowTech, LLC / FlashMyPhones.Com. You understand that you are not entitled to a refund in any other way. You (the customer) agree to the terms stated under (but not limited to) Software Copyright Terms We recommend that all public flash customers check the flash list to make sure you phone can be flashed BEFORE making you're (the customer) purchase. You must also check to make sure that you are not in an AWS / Tri-Band cricket area. We are unable to provide service to these areas.

Flashing Computers, Cables & Other equipment -

Flashing computers are in good working condition with all the software & cables. All computers are setup specifically for flashing your phones. We do not recommend using the computer for any other reason. If something should happen to your computer; you may send the computer (Just the Tower) to us and we will fix it for you (the customer). You (the customer) agree to pay all shipping and handling charges acquired due to shipment of any equipment.

Refund Policy -

In order to receive your refund you will need to send back all cables and any other equipment sent as a result of signing up. You must allow the technician to remove ALL software from your computer. Your refund will be issued less the amount of successful flashes and a 25% re-stocking fee. Refund is only available for the first 5 days of service AFTER installation. Any credits that have been made to your (the customer) flash account after that time and have not been used prior to the time of termination / canceling your account will not be refunded. All cables and software CD's must be returned to flashmyphones.com or your refund will be denied. Public phone flashes are not entitled to a refund unless otherwise stated. Please note that if you (the customer) will have finished purchasing your cables and will remain yours after the first 100 credits have been used. If you wish to terminate your account then www.flashmyphones.com reserves the right to uninstall ALL software from your computer. The cables sent to you (the customer) was paid with your (the customer) setup charge and do not have to be returned (free setup accounts - must use first 100 credits in order to keep cables) (applies to cable(s) only). All refunds for flashing computers or any other equipment / service will be null / void if found (but not limited to) missing parts, parts replaced for older / other parts or non matching serial numbers are found. Any damages done to flashing equipment; which includes computer equipment / phone cables or any other equipment sent.

Software Copyright Terms -

You (the customer) agree that you will not attempt to copy or hijack any software and / or passwords used by www.flashmyphones.com. You understand that there shall be no tolerance for theft of any software installed on your (the customer) flashing computer or disks that have been made and sent to your (the customer) location. If it has been found that you are using any tracking software for capturing keystrokes, video, or any other method is used to copy the software or tools and drivers installed on any of the equipment will result in cancelation of your (the customer) agreement with www.flashmyphones.com and you could also be reported. Closures to you’re (the customer) flash bucket, a refund will NOT be issued.

Other Terms –

For all accounts, please know that if you do not use your account for a period of 30 days or more, your account will be closed without further warning or notification. If you would like to re-activate your account, you will need to sign-up for a phone flashing account again. All other terms and current terms apply. You understand that these terms maybe adjusted / modified with no further notice to you (the customer). Also please know that we do not take any responsibility for any phones rendered useless "bricked" for any reason and there will be no refunds or payments for damaged phones.

Shipping -

Shipping of Equipment (Cables & Computers) Could take up to 4 - 7 weeks for delivery
