3.) Follow the steps provided in your Final Activation e-mail

1.) Open Yahoo Messenger and Select one of the available technicians for your area

2.) Connect the Phone to the Computer at Your Store

3.) The technician will flash the phone for you, then let you know how to properly activate it. If you have problems, the technician is there to help you, just ask him / her.
